He was ... ummm ... invited ... to take a day to read the stickies, and his random RP spamming was removed. In two cases (yours and one other), I killed small off-topic discussions entirely rather than leaving a bunch of -deleted- posts in the topic.
If he comes back and continues his old ways, we'd appreciate a heads-up.
