You know, MSB, when I called you an "insufferable Bastard" in my first post, I was just trying to stay in the persona of someone who would actually have confused Dr. Spock and Mr. Spock and be offended that you were trashing his Star-Trek hero. I thought it was funny in a lame self-deprecating way.
But now that I have gone back and actually read some of the content in this thread, I am struck by my uncanny intuition. Dude, at risk of moderation, you actually are insufferable. I have never seen someone whine about personal attacks while at the same time inviting them with such vitriolic crap. Here is just a sampling of your mean-spiritedness:
Dude, you are a walking personal attack. You are also one of the worst spellers I have ever seen for an adult. I think your parents should have smacked some spelling lessons into your head. They should have taught you some manners, too.

Has made outrageous baiting/trolling statements, over and over and over.

Im just giving back what I recieve, without getting too rude or personal, you dont seem to care much about one poster stating as a fact that I was badly treated as a child, trying to provoke a reaction, which he never suceeded in, because I did the correct thing and handed him over to moderation.

Posters have gotten in trouble in the past for flamebaiting, despite genuinely believing what they are saying. My theory is that it all comes down to how convincing your argument is. People can get away with saying a lot of stuff which could be construed as flamebait, as long as they can back up what they say with some evidence. You did not do that - you just said that most feminists look up to people like SCUM without anything to support that assertion.

It depends on how many mods are online, ihow busy they are, if a case is a bit borderline, etc. Sometimes it takes five minutes, sometimes it takes much, much longer.

Mutated Sea Bass, as far as I can tell, you're the one who kicked all this off, so you're as much to blame for anything here as anyone you accuse. First, you took the obvious (but ill-advised, as stated above) joke and threatened mod report. Then, after an in-thread apology, you bizarrely warned again. Your constant threats to report people to moderation after flamebaiting them are not helping your case.

Gartref, you obviously hung around looking for ways to pole MSB after you'd lost interest in the thread. When you post something like this ...Here is the last word:

MSB - you are severely flawed in a sad, yet vexing, way. Although I feel sorry for you, that does not decrease my dislike for your mean-spirited, bigoted and offensive personality.... it can only be interpreted as intentional, deliberate flaming. You just earned yourself an Official Warning for flaming.

It's a fair cop. I'll admit it. But at the risk of going too far, there is just one more thing I'd like to say. Most of the stuff I said was mere riffing out of fun. However, the post you quoted about my "last word" - that was one of the few things I said with sincerity. I really do feel sorry for MSB. He obviously has some issues concerning his incredible hostility. He let it slip that he was the recipient of punishment as a child that went a great deal further than mere spankings. I honestly am saddened by this and it doesn't take much to connect some dots here. But as much as I honestly feel sorry for his situation, I just can't let it excuse his behavior. He intentionally posts vile insults designed to provoke an emotional response. Although I am a sarcastic clown most of the time, I never try to hurt anyone's feelings. The same cannot be said for MSB. That is all - sorry for my part in this - I am logging off and concede the last word to whoever responds.
