well i didnt mean #themodcave i thought where every thing happens mod wise behind the secens was called the mod cave but i'm now guessing its the same as the task list
kinda sucks about the security, if you ever come across somthing of back there you can show would you please show that, i dont want any ecurity info but they do even give tours of the cia hq

And you'd be surprized at how banal many of our conversations are. Kinda like sneaking in to see a meeting of Supreme Court Justices and finding them playing poker and watching porn.

Trust me, the mystery is far more interesting ;)

Incidentally, I once caught a glimpse of the topic in the secret Mod IRC Channel one day when ChanServ was acting up and it accidentally got set -s. Suffice it to say that You didn't see anything here. Move along now. And Goob, the men in the white coats are your friends.

The modcentre is very bland and utilitarian. It's designed for function, not fashion.

As for the tasklist... the less you see of that the better.

As for the tasklist... the less you see of that the better.
Here's one of the little gems I stumbled across today:I'm wondering how long the tasklist is now. I requested that two nations, Liberal Experiment and Right-wing Experiment be revived. I sent it about two days ago. Should I resubmit these requests?

Tasklist is rather bloated right now, there's a few days worth (150+) backlogged.

Yeah, it's finals season for a lot of the GMs, so the tasklist is slightly backlogged. Give it a week, I would estimate for the restorations to be taken care of.

(I'll need to get some more concrete numbers, but I did some number crunching a couple months ago. Before the move to Jolt, we were probably getting 30-40 tasklist complaints a day. A few months ago, closer to 60-70 a day. At this time, I think we're nearly up to 100 per day.)

As for the topic at hand, you've all seen my mod sigpics. ^_~ I'm trying to talk Max into getting one of those old missile silos for sale to convert into a new mod cave/secret lair/etc, but no luck so far. :( Think of the modbomb we could stash in one of those!
