On his second post ever in the forum he says all gays should be shot :rolleyes: he is looking for the response not a discussion

He certainly has an opinion about it, but there are different ways of expressing your opinion, and his was certainly tasteless and malicious, which happens to be in the Terms and Conditions of NationStates that you choose to agree with when you create your nation. There are better ways in which he could have stated his opinion, such as "I disagree with homosexuality due to my religion." Him saying that all gays should be shot is a threatening statement, especially seeing as it specifically offends me, though I've learned to brush off people like that.

Also, in this case it is trolling. The author(s) of the comments made had single-sentance comments. They did not provide any supporting evidence, they did make further claims. All they said was one inflamatory sentacen designed to get angry responses. That is trolling.

Thank you thats it ... it was not an arguement just bam "kill all gays" either way it has been judged a problem in the past and should be looked into

True, but go read the NS definition of trolling in the new Rules thread (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=416023). This was trolling.

Irrelevant and argumentative and not appropriate for the Moderation forum. Don't bring the argument here for continuation. This forum is for discussion of moderation decisions, not justification for the thoughts behind them. Take that to General.
