Suggestion for genaral Forum...
A couple months back there was a splurge of stickies of threads like (most were stickied for less than 24 hrs): The recipies of the genaral forum, and other such things... These were good threads, and nice to have around, although having all of them stickied was not practical, and a little obnoxious. I was thinking perhaps it might be feasible however, to sticky and lock a thread containing links to this type of thread(those deemed worthy my a mod(as the topic is locked and only they can post)). This will allow us quick accsess to this type of forum wide, informative, and fun thread, without eating up all that space at the top.
What do you think, feasible?

Certainly feasible - much the same thing is done in the roleplay forums, where there are a couple of "encyclopaedia" threads. However, I'm not hugely active in General - I'll run it past the mods who are.

Feel free to make such a thread. The more inclusive and readable, the better. If Mods and Generalites like the thread, they'll let you know.
Chance of a sticky? Slim. We're doing our best to keep the number of stickies minimized in all forums. Chance of getting your main post split off and added to General Forum Rulings and good General advice (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=410573)? Hmmm, we'll have to see what you come up with. If we use it, that's the most likely place we'd put it.
