This region is now subject to the rule of the region known as New North Pacific! You will alter your world factbook entry to indicate that this is indeed the case and you shall send an ambassador to New North Pacific paying homage to the regional leadership.

Any delay or attempt to sneak out of your duties to New North Pacific will have dire consequences. The region of New North Pacific will use all legal methods under NS rules to ensure that you comply.

This nation is impersonating our region, although we are sure it is controlled by Orland, from the region Kalagan, a nation in conflict with our region, as can be read on his world factbook entry and can be confirmed by all nations in our region.
This nation has posted on behalf of our region on many regional message boards in the past, for example in the region of Red Tide Rising, as can be confirmed by -among other, I'm sure- the nation of Lord Thunderwing...
We request, on behalf of the region, that this nation should be deleted and it's controlling player deserves a punishment, we believe, but that is of course up to you...
This request is being made because it endangers our region and because many nations in our region find the abuse of our regional name abusive...

Just seeking clarification on the point.

Taking a Nations name and using it is against NS rules - Yes?

Taking the name of a Nation and using that name to cause havok by pretending to BE that Nation is also illegal - yes?

Is Taking the name of a Region and using THAT to cause havok and general offence against NationStates Rules?

If so, please can you do something about this current nation.

This may be a case where you have go to the "Getting Help" page to report to the mods. Then again they may figure that since you've already started a thread it would only be more time-consuming for a seperate request for mod intervention to be submitted.

Either way, I hope you get the help you need from the mods. it sounds like an unhappy situation.

Thanks for the support P.C. - Yeah, it's really pi55ing a lot of people off - And it gets worse when we have to go back over to the Regions that think we're about to invade and post about how it's nothing to do with us...

In Moderation, it's quite common for topics requiring careful consideration to take more than a day to answer. Bumping once every 24 hours should be considered the maximum.
