I would like to know if it is against the rules to make three Nations, one Modern Tech, one Future Tech and The thrid Past Tech, with one in The UN (Only one.)

oh and PS, It is ture, I am also The Cassiopeia Galaxy.

No, as long as only one of the nations is in the UN at any time.

"Puppet-wanking" (or the use of multiple puppets to boost your own military, economic, or other power), is frowned upon, so keep that in mind.

Sarzonia is correct. Having multiple nations is legal so long as only one of those nations is in the United Nations at any given time.

Not a moderation ruling, but a roleplaying comment:

Coming to your own rescue with a huge puppet space army in a modern tech war will not win you fans in the role-playing community. It's called puppet-wanking (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/Wank#Puppet_Wank), and it's pretty much universally considered n00bish behavior. Your concept of "All-tech war" seems to be a particularly annoying version of godmodding.

Given your propensity to threaten other players with Mod intervention, you might want to start by cleaning up your own act first.
