Is it Ok if a FT Nation can Fight in a Modern Tech War, even if he is Useing Ground Forces and Star Fighters?
That's up to you and whoever is RP'ing with you. The moderators don't police the roleplaying aspect of Nation States, and probably won't make such decisions. All of these things are determined by the players themselves.
