It is my oppinion that it is borderline... but you created a thread about he is the suspected killer of your leader... I think that is where he is getting his hostility from.

Hataria, we don't police RP unless there is OOC flaming or other rulebreaking. Threatening war OOC is not rulebreaking. Don't try to use mods as a weapon - we don't take kindly to it.

Even though I'm not a mod, I do agree.
Hataria, someone can ICly attack you for whatever reason they want, and although an OOC explanation is considered courteous, it isn't necessary. BUT, Roman Republic has every right to ICly engage you for accusing him of killing your leader, so realistically I don't see why you even posted this thread.....
