Ok, this time I know I haven't done anything to "deserve" this (while I still do contest the last judgement...).

Warned.

If it hadn't been for the forums taking one of their nightly shutdowns, you might have seen four concurring moderation opinions instead of just two. You were out of line, and so (eventually) was Vespucii.

I wouldn't respond to this if it weren't obvious that you both intend to keep on each other's ass about this. Need I point out that (from a Moderation perspective) this is not a desireable outcome for either of you? I see three choices for the two of you here: 1) willfully ignore each other, 2) Use Jolt's Ignore feature to ignore each other, or 3) learn to get along. Since I don't see #3 happening anytime soon, you better unlimber the big guns on #1 or #2.

People can read the thread. Nowhere did I assault his person, nowhere did I attack his religion. I attacked his behaviour and his opinions, which I am allowed to do, and which I still think were stupid. I didn't call him stupid or his religion stupid. So, "out of line", sure, whatever. What irks me is that you tried to equate what I did, to him attacking my person and that I was the one who "deserved" more to be warned than he did, which I find a grossly incompetent judgement.

But, then I am not so foolish to believe that there is any other recourse than to accept that mods stick together and that once their mind is made up, however erroneously, nothing can be done. I've explained myself sufficiently.

This is the first thread since the original incident that I have shared with him. I did not provoke him in any way, yet he resorted to the same behaviour as he did in the last thread. I will make no effort to avoid him and if I can I will argue against his views and will not stoop to his level, and I find it reasonable to expect not to be held accountable for his behaviour or be told to adapt mine because he can't keep things civil.

Vespucci: All I can say is that I am grateful, despite the fact that you are an asshole, that you have put one of my quotes in your signature.

Uhm... stupid question... isn't this sort of a flame bait against Vepucci? Is it is using a quote he said to sprun further flamewars?

*NOTE* Ish not a mod */NOTE*

I told him I was taking it and, as you see, he approved, apparantly. If it's "out of line", the mods will remove it.

Yeah, forgot to do that yesterday what with the forums down and such. Thanks for the reminder.

You're really looking to annoy Moderation, aren't you? Why don't you back off for a while, Fass. You're not winning any converts with this behavior.

Argument: "Talking on cell phones while driving is stupid."

Flame: "Fass is stupid because he talks on cell phones while driving."

Attacking behavior by personalizing it is flaming. You are not allowed to do that.

May I please have the link I had there for more than a months before I added the text Vespucci approved I add to my sig? Was that "out of line" as well, or did you just remove my intire sig by mistake?

I'm not out to do that either. I am just not agreeing with you and voicing it. If that annoys you, well, that's your prerogative.

That wasn't even close to what I wrote, and you know it. What I wrote was exactly that what he thought was stupid, not that he himself was stupid. Really, Frisbeeteria, do not resort to inventing what I am to have written.

No, it wasn't a mistake. That was a trolling link too. Just because nobody spotted it earlier doesn't make it legal.
