UN Question...

Here's the scenario:

The Delegate of my region was suddenly called away on an emergency. Being the good natured sap I am, I offered to first resign from the UN myself, and then take control of their nation, until they were able to return at which point I'd give it back. This has all happened, and my question is can I now re-enter the UN with my nation now that I no longer control theirs, or am I destined to be UN-less for eternity?

I'm interested on the mods ruling here, as a perhaps similar situation occured in TNP earlier in the year (January-ish) when the delegate nation exchanged hands. If I remember correctly, the two players informed mods of the switch beforehand and, just as you did, resigned any other UN nation involved. I'm quite curious to hear the mods decision/advice in this matter.

I believe as long as two UN nations are not accessed during the same time period from the same computer, there should be no problems. So if you wait a few days after transferring the nation, there should be no overlap. And assuming this transfer doesn't happen on a regular basis :p , I would think 1 transfer wouldn't cause the mods to worry you were a UN multi.

As long as you no longer control their nation, you should be fine.
