Fass, you were bashing and baiting the entire way through that thread, and only at post #51 did Vespucii finally rise to the bait with something that can be called an insult:No, I do not. I think that Fass is a complete asshole, an outright idiot.
Frankly, if I was going to warn anyone in that thread, it would have been you. You were totally out of line, and I hope never to see that sort of nastiness from you again.
Katganistan has locked the topic, so we'll let this one go for now ... but don't be bringing this sort of thing to the table again without expecting appropriate backlash against yourself. Are we clear?

No, we are not. This is the first time I disagree with one of your rulings; I am allowed to call utterances "stupid" - not people, utterances. Nowhere did I ever bait him with unsults to his person or his religion.
His diminishing comments (which by the way came before I called them stupid) about atheists and people of other religions (calling wiccans satanists and ridiculing those who did not believe in the god he believes in, which, by the by, happened long before post #51) in a thread seemingly started by him to ask people what their religions were so that he could do that, were stupid. And I still call them stupid, and I will probably call them stupid again. If you see that as baiting or being "nasty" or vicious, then I think you are mistaken and should reread the thread.

:gundge: no one should bash other religions,its a personal thing whether or not you are specifically specifying a person by saying their name. I would take extreme offense.

Since you wiped out the original post listing the supposed offenses, I'll just have to do my best to remember what you referred to. Don't delete topics in Moderation, regardless of the outcome. It makes it very hard to review them later.

I have asked another moderator to review these actions. NationStates firmly stands behind the concept of Moderator accountability.

We do not guarantee you won't take offense here. This forum allows all viewpoints, and it's inevitable that people will be on totally opposite sides of any given religious belief. We don't restrict what you say, why should we restrict anyone else?

Having reviewed the thread in question, I concur with my colleague. Fass, the treatment you received was in direct response to the treatment you dished out.
I shall not warn either you or Vespucii, but I will suggest that you adjust your attitude in future.
