Crashing or griefing?

Say three nations move into a region already consisting of 3 nations and gain UN delegacy. If they eject one nation, is that considered griefing if they remove the nation from the banlist immediately?

Did the invader pass-protect the region, and did not give the passowrd to ALL natives? If he didn't, that should be against the rules.

This is hypothetical. There's an undisclosed region that I want to invade, kick out one person, unban them, and leave. That region consists of three nations already, so I didn't know if kicking out the one nation would be considered crashing or griefing.

It isn't grieving if you unban him as fast as possible. Preferable even before you eject him. When you password the region, you have to give the password to all natives (The people who were in, before you and your followers invaded it), and even to the nations which you ejected. That makes the password non-valid, but it's the thougt that counts, right? :)

Well, that's one-third of the natives. That puts you deep in the legal gray zone. I can't say for certain that it would get you deleted, but I wouldn't risk it.

It is impossible to unban people that haven't been baned.
