I know that I've crossed the line on several occasions, but what's this warning for "happy little flame spamming" all about? What exactly did I do this time that was so wrong? I can't knock it off if I don't know what it is. I really don't want to be deleted again, so please explain to me what I need to quit doing.

Please don't report him. I forgive him. It's not his fault. Christians just don't know any better.
The fact that you don't use incendiary words does not make this any less of flaming or flamebaiting. Your comment about "just wanting to get a shot in" made it abundantly clear that the effect was intentional.

If you want to pick fights, do it somewhere else. If you want to debate, you need to alter your style to make it more like debating and less like flaming.

Yeah, it clarifies it. I just thought we were allowed a couple of little jabs as long as it didn't get really nasty or personal. I guess the rules are a little more strict than I thought. I've seen much nastier stuff said on the forum and nobody gets warned. I don't know. It just looks a little like selective enforcement to me.

You're right in part. People who get multiple nations deleted for this sort of thing get closer scrutiny than those who mostly obey the rules. As I keep getting notified to come visit threads that you post these sorts of comments in, your nationname stays very visible to me. Yeah, I'm a lot more likely to ding you on it than people who only do it once or twice.

You'll also notice that it was not an official warning. You got one for posting "in before the lock" in this thread (http://www.forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=409121). That's pretty much automatic. This other is more discretionary, and I'm delighted if you are wanting to learn from past mistakes. If you want to demonstrate that, try staying out of "hey let's all gang up and insult somebody" threads.
