Well, starting up three threads of no content, all of whose first posts contained the single word why would constitute spamming...

people start threads like that all the time and they dont get locked! and I only put 'well?' as the first post because i didn't know what else to put other than to repeat the question which would be silly

Those threads are spam, and you are the one who draws the most attention. You are good at that. There is no getting around you :p

It does ass. I'm on these boards and I only post when I feel there is something important to say! It becomes my business! All because you're one of those "popular poeple" that does not mean you have to fill the boards with crap!

Well instead of insulting people, you could exercise your right and ignore the threads you deem crap

not everyone here likes the stupid, pointless, repetitive debates that go on in general, there's nothing wrong with providing an alternative to those threads, if you don't like my threads, then don't post in them! you can start with this one

Sskiss, may I say that flaming is a bad idea. Flaming in moderation is a worse idea. Your opinions are your own, that doesn't mean you can air them. As a wise man once said, if you can't say something nice about someone, don't say anything.

Knock it off. Disagreeing with Tink does not give you the right to call her an ass. If this were not moderation, I would say you should refute her argument without the namecalling. Since this IS moderation, this forum really is not open for debate.

Political threads on a political forum are not stupid and pointless (though I will give you repetitive). They are on topic.

"What is under your bed? Well?" "What's the most disgusting thing you've ever done? Well?" as well as another person's thread, "What kind of lightbulb do you use?" and the first post of 'mine gives off light' defines 'pointless thread'.

Also, you cannot tell people to get out of a thread in General or in Moderation once it's started. Sorry.

With apologies to my associate, Katganistan, I'm going to clarify this one point.

An ordinary player posting a thread in "Moderation" may request that only a NationStates Moderator respond; other ordinary players are required to stay out. I do note, however, that such a request should be made in the opening post of a "Moderation" topic, something which FairyTInkArisen did not do, here.

The only exception to the above policy is if the "Moderation" thread is an inquiry on a specific situation and you are somehow directly involved in that situation. For example, if "SoAndSo" posts in Moderation asking "Is this topic by Blabbermouth trolling? Mods only, please." then Blabbermouth may post to the topic to defend himself, for example "I apologize to the Mods for any inconvenience, but what I posted is meant as a work of satire. I'm trying to get people to think. I am not here to troll."

(Note: The above is an example. I haven't checked to see if there are any accounts named SoAndSo or Blabbermouth.)

Actually it does Tink...

Anything that you are able to do then anyone else should be able to do that also.

So what would the Boards be like if we ALL posted like you do?

So what you are able to get away with may very well be pertinent to the rest of us on the Board, right?

Yeah... that's what I was going to do and then post, because it would've been funny. :(

Yet...... :D

Tink, no it is not fun to be locked, or to see you locked, but to be honest, I can see why it happened.
