Hi. Are nationstates.net (http://www.nationstates.net) down? I tried to get in there, but I just get error 404. What's wrong?

In the Technical Thread, there is a thread stating that the server is down for repairs. Not sure if that is the case or not, but hope it won't be too long. I need my fix. ;)
Looks like the "Help" line is also down. :(
