Considering that you have personally been responsible for innumerable man- (and woman-)hours by our moderators thus preventing them from being able to assist the numerous other players on the site, I'm not surprised that some are starting to lose their tempers.

You asked a question, and it was answer several times. You responded (snidely) by stating that you couldn't speak English. As this is clearly not the case, you were going out of your way to make trouble for us and be rude to us. Every interaction that you have with the moderators gives us more and more evidence that you have no desire to be on Nationstates. If you really wanted to be on NationStates you'd make a real effort to obey the rules, be a constructive member of the community, and treat the moderation team with respect. As you do none of these, I can only conclude that you don't want to be here.

So, if that last paragraph wasn't perfectly clear to you, I'll put it simply. Unless you start giving us good reason to do otherwise, we will happily oblige your obvious desires and ban you permanently from the site, and report you to your ISP should you ever return. Is this perfectly clear to you?

Okay... I've been realitively quiet on this whole thing aside from asking what LOEL stood for (I found that out just recently)

To be fair, I think given that SalusaSecondus himself has already told him to get into shape before he perminantly bans him I think the only way he's going to get an apeal higher then that is to go the Max Barry himself.

I find it utterly fascinating that you chose not to post the ENTIRE exchange -- you know, the part where you were asked, "What part of NO do you not understand," and chose to write, "No habla ingles". Now why do you suppose an honest and righteous fellow like you would have done that?

Now from what *I* remember of my Commandments, telling PART of the truth and leaving out a bit is a lie of omission (bearing false witness) -- but I suppose that Lying to the rest of the forum is not a sin since clearly the whole of NationStates is not in your Morally Righteous Club.

By all means, though, continue to post the logs. Even in this heavily edited and biased form, it beautifully shows the content of your character for the entire forum to judge. After all, insulting someone, threatening them, and slandering them all in your own post -- beautiful. Out of a misplaced sense of honor, none of us would have assassinated your own character as thoroughly as you have done yourself here.

It's a shame when people go out of their way to either be difficult, or create situations just so they can complain and play the martyr over it elsewhere. Most of the players on this site seem to have no problem with making a good attempt at playing by the rules, after all. It can't possibly be that hard to manage, even keeping the occasional irritated outburst, or mistake, or misinterpretation, or bad day aside - these things happen to all of us now and then. A consistent pattern of behaviour on the other hand ...

First of all, those logs were posted in their entirety, it *is* posted there, on the LOEL forums, which I will not link to. If you wish to look for that part, you may look at the link that I will give to you in IRC. Or, you can message me on AIM, and I will give you the link. If I may, for a moment, speak my mind on the original issue at hand:

Normally I wouldn't have a problem with LOEL being linked to on these boards: they are, after all, nearly identical in premise and purpose to just about any other region's offsite boards, and should be treated as such. The explicit material argument, in my opnion, falls away once one realizes just how many offsite forums we'd all have to keep tabs on if we wanted to institute a blanket policy concerning what an offsite forum can and can't contain [as far as linking to it on this site goes].

That said, if Kahta and DecA really wanted any sympathy from us on the issue, they might not have ruined their chances by making a sport out of toeing the line and trying rather actively to piss us off.

Face it Kahta, you're the kid who cried wolf. Even if you do decide to stay with NS, I'm not moderating you. You've made me personally involved [moreso than I daresay I ever wanted to be] with the things you and DecA have written about me on that board, so I can no longer trust myself to deliver a fair ruling concerning you. So, if you ever get your pants in a knot because someone's flaming you, don't waste your time if I'm the only mod on.

Normally I'd step up to the plate on this one, and yes even for someone with your beliefs; but I won't for someone with your behavior.

Ironically both Kahta and Decisive Action have claimed to be the victims of the whole moderator conspiracy for some time now, completely ignoring the fact that if they wanted to be taken seriously they could simply have followed the rules instead of pushing harder and harder on boundaries of what they could get away with.

Each of them have been told time and time again how they could avoid being deleted and how they could post on Nationstate without getting in trouble... hell, it's got to the point when even the guy who codes NS (and rarely bothers with these topics himself) told Kahta to shape up or ship out. To which he continues to bitch on and on in his normal "I'm a victim of my own piss poor attitude" manner.

Seriously, there are other Cavlinists on nationstates who haven't been deleted because they know better then to go around telling everyone they are going to hell and linking sites which the moderators have expressively forbid. Nationstates is a community and like in all communities if you're constantly anti-social to pretty much everyone then you're going to get kicked out for it. Each of you have been given innumberable chances to stop breaking the rules, to stop flaming posters directly and baiting them in a topic about cars but instead you choice to go on about how it's not your fault, but Nationstates fault for not allowing you to post outrageously bigoted views.

So to quote their own statements on their private forum. "How dumb can you be?" really, if you honestly think the mods have to put up with your shit, day in and day out, "How dumb can you be?"
