Hey there.

Possibly a quickie.

Is it within NationStates rules to create a nation under the name of a region of which you have a past or no affiliation with and use this nation to visit other regions threatening them with invasion unless they comply to some stringent and somewhat unworkable demands - Knowing that in no way would the region concerned act in such a manner?

Also is it possible to explain why my previous nation - Test Tickles was deleted? I know for sure it was no UN Multi and I am also sure no griefing took place! But the nation was deleted without warning or reason!

Ok - I get the hint, Maybe the question IS a bit long winded. Let me break it down...

There exists a Nation who has created a puppet using the name of our region. He is using this nation to post threats of invasion on the boards of other regions i.e.

We of the ********** demand your immediate surrender. You must agree to place our regions name as your superiors on the regional factbook entry under threat of immediate invasion.

Our Region is a small democratic island that has 20+ nations and we do not seek to invade and have never endorsed the invasion of any regions.

I understand the NS rules on duplicity of Nation Names - But my question is, does this carry over for Regions or is it just Nations??? Is this Nation in violation of NS rules by creating this puppet nation and do we have a recourse available???
