Since our nations are set up as what they are, etc etc, can we figure out some way to have prizes for contests?
For example, population. Let's say grand prize in a contest is a population boost of 1,000,000. Can that be done?
The reason I'm asking is because I'd like to start an NS General pool on somethin', but the only commodity I can think of is population.
