As to explain why I have received the following telegram this morning?

I really am lost as to why it was sent, and there was no reference to any particular Thread or post...

Again, I am curious as to what this is in reference to.

Wouldn't such a telegram be better understood if there was a reference to why it was being sent?

By the way, I "have" reported incidents to Moderation and the Threads keep getting locked and then "pushed" off the page...

So perhaps some need to "look" at the issues that have yet to be addressed before suggesting that some come and report incidents which may very well be already reported?

Again, I am not sure what the reference was, so I am left to try and discover it for myself.

If a Moderator would be good enough to explain why I was sent the telegram, it would make the situation much easier for me to decipher.

The telegram was to tell you NOT to report forum events in the GHP.

Any forum related problems should only be posted in Moderation. Asking for help in both places probably isn't the best idea, seeing as there has already been a huge discussion over the problems that you need addressed. I recommend that you just sit tight, and wait patiently for a moderators final ruling.

The only time you need to request help in the GHP is when you are having in game problems.

EDIT: Didn't see that Karma posted. In otherwords, what he said. :)

Simple logic suggests that you recieved that tg in reference to the forum-related problems that you reported mistakenly or otherwise on the Getting Help page, regardless of whether or not mods have seen you post problems here in Moderation. The fact that you have made reports here does not cancel out the fact that you have made reports via Getting Help, that the mods who sent the tg, who may or may not have seen your posts here, responded to.

Again, I respectfully suggest that you attempt less of a 'combative martyr' approach to your posts, and wait patiently. Not every problem that pops up here is something that takes but a moment to get an answer on. Nor are the mods active all the time, either. In observing this forum, if one mod has taken on a complaint, the others most often give that mod the space and time to deal with it on their own, unless their added input is needed. If you're looking to crusade here instead, I rather doubt you'll get the answers you seem to want.

the Threads keep getting locked and then "pushed" off the page...
It may not be on your front page, but nothing gets "pushed" out of Moderation. If you can't see your thread, then you need to click

http://assets.jolt.co.uk/forums/nation_states/top_profile.gif / Edit Options / Thread Display Options / Default Thread Age Cut Off and set it to "Show all threads"

Whether you see it or not, whether you see activity or not, moderators may be working on it. You are nonetheless permitted to bump unresolved unlocked Moderation threads once every 24 hours.
