um...yeah. I really don't know what to say about this...being that I can't speak german or japanese. Still, the good old swastica is present, and illegal.

I'm under the impression that swastikas are allowed on the forum, but banned as a nations' flag. I know there was a discussion on them before, with links to specific swastikas.
Swastika is not illegal on the forums.

huh...go figure
Yeah, the Swastika is not illegal if simply posted on the forums as part of an In Character post or as subject matter. I wondered about it a while back because there are one or two nations who tended to use the Swastika with their IC diplomacy posts (but not their flags or signitures) so my assumption is that because they aren't showing their support for the Swastika, it is not illegal.

[violet] explains her reasoning for banning in flags and allowing in posts in this Archive topic (http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=275081). The first post is the ruling, but later posts go into greater detail.
Thanks for that, I'll keep it in mind in the future.
