Is it legal to list specific nations as invader states in the text of a World Factbook entry? I would like to make life hard for these guys, but I want to stay within the rules, too.

By giving them/us mention in a World Factbook Entry? Why not just go around on a parade?

If there are only a few of them... The factbook can only handle a limited number of character/spaces before it says that it is too long.

I would not expect it to be illegal, you know ...

After all, it is legal to be an Invader, and Natives / Defenders tend to need to be able to Defend the Region from Invaders ... I would expect it to be just another facet of the Invading / Defending thing, really, by being able to name those you think are Invaders, when you don't want the data pushed off the R.M.B. but want to keep it on the region page with-out worrying it falls off in case of spamming, or normal, but rapid, board use, for example.

If you can manage to fit them on the W.F.E. of course, e.g. :

" WARNING ! We think @@NATION@@, @@NATION@@ and @@NATION@@ are Invaders in our region, do not endorse them ! Do not endorse them ! "

I would think that should be legal enough ...

Of course, I'm not a Moderator, as you can se, so that is just my humble opinion for Moderators ( And y'all, of course ) to read should they ( Moderators ) have to decide on this concept, where-as if it is not already in practice, etc.

It is perfectly legal to openly nail someone as an invader. Even if that claim is false. Being an invader is not equal as being a rule braker. Invaders are a legal part of the game, so calling someone an invader is not griefing, unless you do it to smudge that person's name. That could be griefing. There is a fine line, and since I have no idea where the line between false information and grieving is, I won't do both.
