Please moderators, we are the recruiters who don't post in civil headquarters, because we know it disturbs the flow of conversations. It is almost impossible to communicate in a civil headquarters. Many players do all day nothing else than bumping recruitment messages away.
I am a quiet one. I'll try to recruit newly founded nations only, and introduce them to a radiant society within Nationstates. We'll keep them active, so they learn to enjoy the creation of your very own nation even more. The silent recruiter tries to avoid spam to great lengths, but the game is nor perfect. Several times a day, nations are created with a duplicate of the same:

2 minutes ago: The Nomadic Peoples of Syrophoenicia departed this region for The Nile River Valley
9 minutes ago: The Nomadic Peoples of Syrophoenicia was founded.
9 minutes ago: The Holy Empire of Bullzone was founded.
14 minutes ago: The Armed Republic of Holy Linden was founded.
15 minutes ago: The Republic of Twonkyness was founded.
16 minutes ago: The Republic of E-bola was founded.
16 minutes ago: The Armed Republic of Holy Linden was founded.
19 minutes ago: The Sultanate of Pawian departed this region for Amor Fati Anagenesis
37 minutes ago: The Empire of Athria departed this region for Athrian Empire

As you see, even the creation times are different. We, silent recruiters don't want to send multiple message to one nation. There is no logic behind doing that. This "mirror creation" is not an isolated incident. It happens every day, several times.
Please moderators, do not send warnings, just because someone complained about a double message that person received. We don't do that on purpose. Thank you for your your understanding :)
Ps. For the record. I am nor warned for spamming. This is just a little reminder that double messages don't have to be done purposely, just to spam someone maliciously. Mistakes happen.
