What is the current turnaround time for getting help requests ?
Only ask cos I have a password problem with one of my nations, the request was lodged last week but hasn't been dealt with.
Appreciate your help, as always.

I think we're backlogged a few days. Password problems, however, sometimes need to be looked at by an Admin. Anything requiring Admin attention takes longer than most other requests.
