The country name will never be allowed to be used again, will it?
Sigh, there goes my dreams of completing the circle. I'd be Founder of Heaven (I am already) and the Founder of Hell.
With me as the combined founders, heaven and hell would be like :fluffle: even as hell's rhetoric is filled with Heaven-Hate. They've already come up with a half-dozen plots and conspiracies to invade heaven. Truthfully, I'd welcome this, because Heaven coudl use some more populace. But even if I didn't, the citizens of Hell are a bit too... EVIL to be able to work with each other to any common goal that isn't Staying Right Where You Are.

I'm curious about something. Would there be a list of nation names that will be unavailable because of their being deleted for rules violations? It would nice to have so that I don't waste my time trying to get them. :)

God Himself; Giving out spare pants is not in the job description of the Moderation team. Neither will "Satan" be opened to you. There's always "Lucifer" or so forth, I suppose (not being a game mod, I can't tell you if they are going to be released - they may have died too recently).
The nation names will be released when the coding is fixed, yes. No, I don't know when that will be.

The question's been answered, no point in letting this go any further. There are no plans to release the names of nations deleted for rule violations.
