I am Well aware of the rules, and aware of the reasons they
are in place, as I agree with them. However, please do not be concerned,
as my sibling is joining NationStates, under my recruitment. The only
possable issue to this, is that we share the same IP address, however,
we each have different passwords, im sure, and different Emails...

Your sibling can join NationStates from the same computer, but you can NEVER HAVE BOTH NATIONS IN THE UN at the same time. Don't do it, you will be deleted/ejected from the UN for UN multying, no questions asked. There is just no way to tell if there are two different people controlling the two UN nations.

Basically, you can have multiple non-UN nations on one computer. Just be advised to never join the UN with both (it would be best to stay out just in case the sibling decides to go into the UN). And.... Do the Dew.

Another situation diffused fairly. Well done...I stay out of the UN anyway.
