"A White Man" doesn't seem to be doing anything annoying to me, but on the messageboard for his region he has said this:
"101 minutes ago The Dictatorship of A White Man Lets have some fun with these jew basterds. Keep things civel so you dont get banned. But lets put them jew pricks in there place and get them to come clean on the jew backed lies of WW2....who knows, we may even get one of them to relize that there Jew brothers are a pack of lieing scum."
(that one has scrolled off the messageboard)

I figured this was a forum issue, as it is about trolling on the forums, with evidence from the regional messageboards.
I will file a report though, now that you have suggested it, for the snapshot of the latest message, in case it gets cleared.
