Is it okay when a region is invaded to take the url to the regional forum away? I know it happened all the time in the Pacifics, but I am not sure if that goes for invaded regios as well.

As far as I know, that is fine. When it comes to WFEs, invaders aren't bound by any special rules.

What concerns me here, is that Invaders tend not only to gloat more often then not, and on several invasions have been seen ordering natives who don't know any better to join their own ( Invader controlled ) regional forum, usually under the duress of threats of kickings and other but related, malicious activity.

They also tend to use the WFE to advertise their own region.

Now I don't think that is allowed for obvious reasons, but is there a rule to cover that ? I think there have been rulings made in the past related to it, but I don't recall any specifics off the top of my head.

There are game rules for that. Threaten to eject is not nice, but the actual ejecting is against the rules, unless invaders stay below a certain number/percentage.

Just look at it from a NS point of view. A regional forum is allowed, but is not ruled by the NS mods (unles the mod owns that regional forum). If advertising regional forums is allowed, why would NS mods care to which region it belongs? As long as it is a regional forum, right?

That rule was that it is allowed to advertise your own forum, in your own region, but no more than once each page. That means that only one ad may be visible at all times.
What you mean is, if invaders are allowed to advertise their own regional forum, in a region that just has been conquered. The rule is/was that only with permission of the founder or delegate, in case of no present founder, other regional forum ads are permitted.
The invader delegate obviously gives permission, so that is covered.

Why should an Invader delegate be able to give permission for regional / forum advertising when they are not even a member of that region ? They are an out-sider, with no normal say in regional activities, with out-sider support. How can they give valid permission when they've nothing to do with the region they are " giving permission for " ( Remember, delegates are elected to position via endorsements ) other then the fact they're squating on it against the will of the natives who actually belong in the region, and who should be dictating via their ( Native ) delegate what may be allowed ?
