Yep. No need to bring it up, as far as I'm concerned.
I haven't acted on it because I'm at work, and would like other's input before acting. A forumban has little effect on someone who posts twice in 2 months, and I couldn't DEAT him if I wanted. In the meantime, anyone else can review it and do what needs to be done.
