Personal responsibilit and others who do this ... don't quote offending passages in-thread. Just report them and give us a link. As it stands, the offending post is both deleted and memorialized, which pretty much defeats the purpose.

Don't suggest or threaten deletion as a form of punishment. You can get in trouble yourself for doing something like that.
