Last thing I heard, I had thought that Commando2 was temporarily forumbanned for something. Now there is a nation [NS]Commando3 posting in General. What happened? Is the forumban still in place, but being circumvented? Did the forumban end, and did he just switch nations for some reason? Was Commando2 deleted for something? Are you even allowed to tell me?
Wow, I used more question marks in that paragraph alone than the rest of today.
Commando2's forumban was upgraded to a deletion.
I wasn't the moderator who handled this.

IT's true that I forumbanned Commando2, here: http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=8333521&postcount=7
However, on review with several other mods, we agreed that this was one offense too many, and deleted his nation instead. Since it is legal to make a new nation after being deleted, and since we never actually sent a notification telegram to Commando2, [NS]Commando3 is not technically in violation of the forumban.
We are aware that [NS]Commando3 picked up exactly where Commando2 left off, so feel free to keep us posted if you see any rules being broken.

Meh, so far he hasn't been doing anything stronger than calling abortion suppoters "SS Nazis", and I don't think that really counts as anything illegal.
