Okay, Crazy Girl is going above and beyond the call of duty trying to get a list of who is, and who isn't a native. I'm starting this thread in a final attempt to get this all straightened out.

This is not the place for various factions to fight, this is to try and (once and for all) get a true list of who's native and who's invader. This is also the last attempt I'll be making at this. If this thread devolves like the previous one did, one of three things will happen:
I will simply take the latest list from Crazy Girl and call it "good enough".
I will make another puppet to be a permanent Founder of the region. This Founder will be inactive and only prevent griefing by nature of the Delegate controls being locked out.
I will eject everyone and let there be a race to see who gets to refound.

Please keep this civil, as I really don't want to do #2 or #3.

I'm a native. My nation had been ejected by Mandlandia only because I didn't want to register on the Ossimoro's forum.

me too, i have been delegate of region "italia" for 8 months !! from may-june 2004 till december ... i think i can be considered native. There are at least 10 more nations which can be considered natives, but were kicked by the dictators, and could not rejoin because of the regional password.

Dear temporary founder, i write here praying you to don't it. THEY (THE FACTIONS) will do everething to have the absolut power on the region and this mode is a great aid!!!!

That ( Option Numero 3 ) was presented as a possible outcome only if this attempt to resolve the matter fails.

As you can see, this thread is only to present names not on the list already.

I assume because Crazy Girls line about " no other kind of posts " it'd be fair to say Moderation can go on and wipe this if they think its just clutter etc. Just trying to make sure we don't see a repeat of the other thread/s here of all places and make it clear no one should want to risk starting that in the least.

Okay. I'm going to give this a few more days to see if there's any more comments. If I don't hear anything, I'm going to go with Crazy Girl's list.

I guess moderators will carefully check that the "other nations" rejoining are not multis, puppets or whatsoever, right? Please check very very carefully

I am sure they will be most careful when it comes to scanning for multis, though I do not think there is any rule against puppet accounts, unless of course the puppets break the rules ...

Anyway i hope you will include in the list "Meneghino" and I.. we have been members of the region for almost a year and we got kicked for a month because of the dictators..

I am telling you that by doing this, you will not solve the problems, because all the nations that have been kicked and that you do not let come in because of the list will be very very angry... and the war will unfortunately continue in some way or another.

If you are unwilling to assist us by providing the requested information, then you have absolutely no call to threaten to continue a war that Moderators have nothing whatsoever to do with. Hack has made every reasonable effort to provide for a mutually agreeable solution. Your failure to respond is your own problem.

If you were kicked because of SpawnVD's griefing actions, then I'll see about adding you to the list. If you were ejected before that by a legally elected internal Delegate who just didn't like you, then you're kinda screwed. I'm not going to undo the actions of various factions.

I appreciate your work but I really don't think this hole "list plan" is gonna help Italia. The Region seems now to be quiete. So why don't you just leave your puppet founder in Italia, give the Delegate the access to the delegate control and just assure that the Region is not passprotected. This is the only way to avoid griefing but most of all to avoid the possibility that one side eliminates the other one.
Less work for you to do, more freedom to the Region. The Delegate will kick the spamming/offensive nations. If in the future the Region will be calm, safe and indipendent again, you'll have the possibility to remove the temporary founder.

Delegate control has been restored, but I'm staying as Founder just in case. I certainly hope we can all play nice now. Otherwise, I'll take more drastic actions...

That's why I asked you to comment my solution.

Your solution was "do nothing". It still required me to sit in a region full of natives, invaders, and defenders. Aparently you forgot that the last time I kicked a griefer out of your region, it was regriefed within days. At least this way there's a chance of Italia being at peace. Doing nothing would not have given your region that chance.

Perhaps because that is not possible.

And even if it was, it seems a bit mean to say " Since some of you can't get along we're going to kick you all out and not let any of you play in the region anymore at all. " ... And risky, if the " factions " were to divide into camps and harass each other, it'd mean more of the same, and there-fore even more work and angst for all involved.

I approve this solution... but is important that moderators impose to all players of region a "obligatory conciliation"... with a real PEACE between Italians, under the overvision of mods of Nationstates.

Its a "Road-Map" for our Region and for the autonomy of Italian players...

I didn't write here untill now because i respected what you asked at the beginning but now i have to say what i think. Personally i saw what happened: Italia Democratica was only another puppet, infact "he" endorsed every un members in italia (is it a case?) and when it has bicame delegate he did as all the "some" lamer does. Now i want to see if you understood the trurth or not.
I ask to mod team to search his ip and chech if it has been banned more then once from UN. I don't ask to be informed about this but only that you notice it.

I liked your resolution (the second) because now italia will be a free region where everyone will do propaganda for is italian region. This is the better way to act i think.

After if you want to be very right, take that ip that all the times is the last to act in one of our delegate (spawnvd and italia democratica) and bann it. If you can't bann it, warn it or... pay attention to it.

Obviusly i can't say what you must do, i can only write what i think.
