Offensive Spam in the South Pacific

Sorry to be a nuisance, but there's a couple of nations spamming up the RMB in the South Pacific. I realise that this normally goes through the getting help page, but this is really nasty language.

The 2 nations in question are Thule1 ( http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/target=display_nation/nation=thule1) and Nigerkillers ( http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/target=display_nation/nation=nigerkillers). The second also has a questionable motto and currency.

Again, apologies for being a nuisance.
