Well, on the R.M.B. of the region I'm delegate of, an R.M.B. post came to my attention and raised an interesting point. Here it be :BTW -- is it my understanding that no matter how long a nation is in a region -- if it displays alliegance to another region / invader group, then it belies its "nativity"?Now this makes sense to me, as we ( N.S. ) have two Invader classes that I know of, the " spy " ( Which sits in the region and passes information along to Invaders on the quiet, and if found out can get the eject-ban if I remember correctly ) and the open Invader account which might have a matched flag, motto, currency or other identity attribute, besides just the usual endorsement of an Invader delegate or any other standard Invader activity.

Now, surely if an account hoists the flag of an Invader group or speaks as an Invader it is an Invader or is quite simply known to be one, you know, quacks like a duck, then it is a d - ... and so there is no " third catagory " I'm not aware of is there ?

I never take R.M.B. posts at face value when it comes to rules, no matter who makes it, ( Because more often then not I know better ;) ) but this sounded right to me. The $ 64, 000 question is, is it right by the rules ?

At a quick glance, I couldn't see anything in the usual stickies, etc.

I'd naturally appreciate Moderation Staff investigation into this concept as soon as your available to do so, but I'd also welcome any other posters, if they can shed some light on it all.

I am not a mod, but it is my understanding of the rules that anyone who does not classify the region as their "home region," they are an invader. So I would think that anyone who is not flying the regional flag/motto/whatever, does not intellegently participate in the regional discussions etc, is not a native.

But that is just my oppinion

Didn't the mods already say organizational memberships have nothing to do with nativity?

And I'd like a ruling in regards to the specifc matter at hand as too often have I seen " OMG BUT THAT WAS OKAY FOR THAT OTHER REGION " come from the holder of a former delegate account ( A DEAT one, not a un-seated one ) because they missed a vital detail or loop hole that invalidates their actions legally.

So softy softly, kick-ee monkey, I thought ... as against whacking suspect accounts with my OMG MK II Crimson Frying Pan ( Surface to Ass Kicking Variant ), :p

I'm just saying, how can they claim to be a native, when they're clearly an member of an external Invader group who as a group, have made it quite clear they plan to bring the region under their control ? I can't exactly kick all of them right now because they've sliped so far down the XML its not safe for me to do so, on the off chance they claim nativity and get it, despite being obvious Invaders. I'm not going to risk getting my favourite account killed or even suffer " The Black Spot " next to it in the Mod C. just because of them, you know, heh.
