Question about pictures in threads

If I wish to create a thread showcasing some pictures of something, and I post in the title [56k warning] or something to that effect, can I post a bunch of the pictures, or will you guys come in and edit them down to links?

Russian forces used to post almost nothing BUT pictures for his role-play. So long as the pictures themselves don't violate TOS, I expect you'll be fine.

You might also consider just posting links, especially if you lack the ability to properly size the pictures you're hoping to use - which is a nice thing. I'm not sure if there's a rule or not about it, but border 'breaking' pictures and all tend to be frowned on if I remember right.

Also, be aware - I think there is a 10 picture limit for posts.

I'm just going to make the thread anyway, and if it gets edited, c'est la vie.

It's eight 23k-26k pictures. I've made sure it doesn't break the pages as I'm seeing them, but I don't know what it will do for everyone.

At any rate, here's the thread (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=400003). Deal with it as you wish.

While I'm not personally familiar with the specific rules in this case, the thread looks fine to me. I may be incorrect, but I don't think so.

And that's one giant monster of a LEGO model. Whoa. My inner twelve-year-old cries out in envy.

Sdaeriji: That is just cool. *grins* Had to comment. Congrats on getting it all put together!

(And no, nothing wrong at all with the size pics you used in my unofficial opinion. It's the ones that folks don't know how to resize to something that doesn't make browsers scream in agony that I've seen requests for action on.)
