I no longer know if nationstates forum Moderators have the ability to IP check however I would like some clarification other than Wolf Americas word that he is not Puppet Wanking.

The posts by Twickel and Wolf America are so similar that they have in fact led me to believe that the same person is using both accounts and therefore both nations for an IC advantage, shorthand I think he is cheating. Can a moderator help me in this dilemma?

Moderators; would you please also check out some of the nations in this thread; as by their style I feel that Wolf America is a serial offender.

Some roleplay authors do not allow the use of puppets. They may impose such a condition and we Moderators will honor it. If you an another person use the same computer, then you two are indistinguishable.
