Once you've found a nation you want to telegram, scroll all the way down and you'll find a text box to type your message in. Then hit send, and it'll wing it's way through the ether to it's destination. Simple as that.

I don't believe it's stated in the stickies (although I agree that it should be, to avoid further misunderstandings of this nature). It's falls under the same category as Ebaumsworld and Plasticnipple; often offensive or spam (or people use in a spam-like manner), and when posted directly to the forums it takes up bandwidth.

I understand that this was a rather innocent mistake on your part; however, your attempt to avoid the ruling by posting the same content through a different URL has merited you an official warning.

As for this, I'm afraid I have judged in error; I've been informed by my fellow moderators that if content on a banned site is permissible, it may be rehosted on an unbanned site and linked to as per usual.

Thank you, I was going to ask about it, but then my post dissapeared. I Found it and then had to go eat. Thank you for clearing that up, and I believe it is an understandable mistake.

EDIT: shall we just turn this into a listing of sites that are banned for linking to?
