You are allowed to stay on the clause that you shape up your posting at ThePitsOnline.com
Smarten up with your posts, some of them are just realy useless. You did post a good thread for LePage but you said nothing. Alot of people see that as useless. If your gonna post make it atleast a meaningfull/usefull post-thread.

I didn't do any of that And he still kicked me out

You might want to post a link to the thread, I would think, as it would make the Mod's jobs much easier.

Is this about a Nationstates thread or about something offsite? To my understanding, if the owner of a thread doesn't want you participating in it then you need to comply even if you think the reasons for it are spurious. If it's about an offsite forum then this is the wrong place to discuss it. Moderators and administrators for Nationstates have no authority over anything offsite.

This needs some clarification.

Do not delete it. That way mods will be able to check.

Which region? Is he the founder, or delegate?

The founder can eject whomever he wishes for any or no reason whatsoever. The delegate isn't as free with ejections, but can still boot people, if the Founder permits.

Edit: I was unable to find "Sonic the Hedgehog" on a nation search, or I'd have looked into whether he was founder or delegate myself.

Uh-oh
Nation Not Found: "Sonic The Hedgehog"
Mod Centre says he's been gone over a year.

You didn't save the telegram.

You didn't specify the region.

You've since moved on and formed your own region.

A native Delegate or Founder can kick and ban a single member for pretty much any reason, including, but not limited to nose-hair color.

Way I see it, you don't have much of a case here. Sorry.

Just a question to clarify, delegates do not need a real or specific reason to eject people, do they?
Native delegates have a bit more latitude than invader delegates. There is no single 'broad-stroke' rule that applies to all situations, which is why we need moderation opinions.

I should also point out that I'm a Forum mod, and the newest mod here, and don't participate in judging Game events. You have placed prior requests in Moderation regarding your argument with (The Isle of Skye, wasn't it?), and to my knowledge that one remains unanswered. Until your specific question is answered by a Game Mod, don't be using this as precedent.

Message confirmed. However, it is irrelevant. He's the Founder of that region. He can eject you for any reason he likes or for no reason at all.

No Moderator action will be taken.

In the future, remember that game complaints should be filed through the "Getting Help" page.
