Is it possible to make that one of the Jolt Announcements (One of the things at the top of every page, regardless of what forum you're in)? That's urgent enough that the entire server needs to see it.

This isn't a major scam, or even a very good one. It's just happened to catch a number of NSers in the same net.
Given that a lot of Generalites have an informal network outside the forum, they're the ones truly at risk. No need for mention to the broader community.
Thanks for all you guys do Mods. In this case special thanks to Kat. It was to late to save me, but hopefully it will do some good. You guys are great.
