Listen, I don't have a problem with Taxachusettes. But he's threatening to get me deleted:

He can eject you and he MUST unban you so you are free to return. If you are not breaking the rules (spam, offensive posts, etc.) the mods will not delete you. This guy is not a mod.
One more thing, off-site things like messengers, other forums, etc. are not counted as evidences.

The Isle of Skye has been spamming the regional happenings. Within the past 90 minutes, he has exited and entered the region three times. The third time, I ejected him, and then he re-entered the region. I have discussed this with him over AIM and he insisted he was being "griefed" and then hastily logged off. However, he is not being griefed. he is the first native of the region to be ejected from a region. He is spamming the regional happenings and apparently will not re-consider his actions. A complaint has been logged via the Game FAQ, but I wanted to bring to light the rest of the facts of this situation, this player is simply beyond reason.

He said he just reported ME for spamming the regional happenings.

He won't stop IMing me. He refuses to communicate by Telegram. It's my fault for giving him my screename but can a moderator tell him to just back off? Please?

Block him from instant messenger; the mods can't police that. Otherwise, I'd just ignore him.

Next time, you only need to file a Getting Help request. Forum problems get reported here; in-game problems get filed via the GHP.

This player has been spreading lies and that is the reason why he is being ejected from the region. See my other thread, I just want to make sure that all the facts are known before action was taken, particularly since the player in question is being so deceptive. I did unban this player after ejection, but it has been accepted practice that players that routinely re-enter regions after being ejected are spamming the regional happenings.

Tax, I know you're trying to play the "Lets Discredit Our Enemies" game? But the mods don't care. I've been telling the truth, TPC Knows that. Just LEAVE ME ALONE.

Pardon the interruption, I was hoping there might soon be a resolution to this situation in the region. I am asking because a few individuals have contacted me expressing interest in entering the region and I have asked them to wait given that the Regional Happenings page is, in my opinion, evidence of Isle of Skye's spamming (Their entry would erase the regional happenings). I have also been waiting to hear about the legality of re-ejecting people upon their re-entry of a region. I have not done this yet, and I want to be fully within the rules when I make decisions. I believe that Isle of Skye's conduct has been unruly and deceptive and wish him to depart from the region.

The situation is a regional dispute and he has insisted that there be new elections. I agree to this and have been moving in that direction, but feel obstructed from accomplishing elections by the constant emotion and extreme positions that he has taken. As a proposed resolution of the present situation, I have made Isle of Skye an offer to hold elections in the way he wishes as long as he voluntarily accepts his ejection from the region. I would also permit him to run for delegate as an exile. I think this would be a fair agreement. He may choose to resolve this without moderator activity, but given the presence of emotions it is hard to predict if he will agree.

A) Let the moderators work, Tax.
B) I will not leave the region, unless ordered to do so by moderation. I will run for delegacy from within the region.

To explain my reasoning: I need the right to post on the regional message board. I cannot do that from exile.
