Last week I submitted a getting help request. It had to do with 2 telegrams I received.

I know that the mods are often too busy to tell us when they have handled our requests. So it just occurred to me that I don't know how long I need to keep these telegrams around.

Should I figure that the mods have dealt with my request by now and go ahead and delete the telegrams in question? If not yet, when would it probably be safe to do so?

4-5 days is usually long enough, but just lately we've had the tasklist down to the same day.

And sometimes a friendly moderator will delete them for you :cool:

Don't the friendly moderators usually send an official telegram to inform you when the task has been taken care of? They usually do for me.

Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't, Trez. I usually ask, during certain tasks like resurrected a nation so I know when to go check, and for the most part, they're cool about it.
