Quite insulting in the original language.

Unfortunately, as you're the person who's made the complaint, we're going to need someone else who knows Swedish to verify the translation - it's nothing personal, but we need to be sure about these things.

I'm afraid that that may take a little time, as Swedes don't grow on trees; please be patient, and be assured that we will judge this case as soon as we can.

I spoke too soon ... it's wonderful the things one can find on the Internet these days. Translation program thingy gave us a pretty good match for what you translated it as, so that's ok.
