hi when i tryed to log into NS it said my ip address failed several logins and has been blocked for 45 mins but the thing is no one-else on my home network uses NS and plus i have it set to automatic login

do you use dial up? if so i could be other users in your area with the same provider

i use ntl boardband, could it be that my whats it called is a cache and other peopl use it in my area

That's your problem, alright. Your IP is shared out amongst many users, so their bad logins will affect you. Nothing we can do about this, I'm afraid.
