Unfair treatment by former delegate

Hey,

I am in the Region "The Socialist Army", and I am "RSF". The following chain of events is currently up on the reigonal message board:

Seconds ago: The People's Republic of RSF arrived from The Rejected Realms.
1 minute ago: The Republic of Franco Uber Alles departed this region for The Pacific
1 minute ago: The Republic of Franco Uber Alles removed The People's Republic of RSF from the regional ban list.
2 minutes ago: The People's Republic of RSF departed this region for The Rejected Realms
2 minutes ago: The Republic of Franco Uber Alles ejected The People's Republic of RSF from the region.
5 minutes ago: The Republic of Franco Uber Alles arrived from The Rejected Realms.
107 minutes ago: The Republic of Franco Uber Alles departed this region for The URAP

You (the mods) very kindly recreated the region's founder, "Capitalistcrushers". The reigon was under the control of a group of Nazi's, lead by the nation "Franco Uber Alles" . Upon leaving, he ordered all of his forces to leave the region. However, as you can see above, he returned for Four Minutes Just to eject me from the region. I'm not sure if this is strictly against the rules or not, but it isn't very fair/nice.

Thanks,
Daniel

Oh, plus, Before the invasion, I was the Delegate of 'The Socialist Army'. I'm told that you may not eject any natives OR the delegate if you invade a region...so yeah.

ejecting is fine, as long as not too many natives get banned (in an invasion).

just gotta unban the natives immediatly...

Yes but it is not the ejection as such...it's the fact that he/she came into the region, JUST to eject me, and then left straight away

yeah, nothing wrong in that, from what i can see.

actually, he didn't even have to go back into the region for that, a delegate can still access regional controls outside the region up until update strikes, and a founder can control his region from the outside too.

There are no rules barring a Delegate from leaving the region and coming back to eject a nation, then leaving again. As long as the Delegate takes natives off the banlist, I do not see anything illegal in that action according to the rules as they stand now.

Then, again, I could be wrong... but I highly doubt that in this case.

That is the case. As long as the delegate(invader) does not grief(ejecting to many nations) and removes the ejected nations from the ban list, there is no crime in it. The rules say nothing against that. Sometimes in an invasion, the invaders target certain nations. Since you were the former delegate and you had the most endorsements in the region(among the natives) you were naturally selected to be ejected, since you were a threat to the invaders. Sorry, but there aren't any rules against it.
