Swings And Slides

Hi! Sorry, but I felt that all moderators should see this post... because It completely goes against all of the faith I have in NS, and moderation.
I am an invading puppet, in the region '' The Den ''
And recently posted a message, about some rules...
In turn, I recieved this following reply from a moderator, and in my opinion is clearly flaming, / flamebaiting me.

I'm not sure what rulebook you're reading from S&S, but it's certainly not NationState's. Komo can be ejected, yes. However, he must be immediately removed from the banlist, otherwise it becomes griefing, and we all know where that leads.
Perhaps you should learn the rules as opposed to just making things up.
The Flaming/Flamebait is in red.
It would still be flaming/flame bait, if it was infact true.
However, the moderator clearly contradicts themself, when they actually write that what I've said is true. What they tell me I have made up, I have not in fact EVEN MENTIONED. Surely that makes it even worse of a flamebait, just for the sheer fact that it is completely without foundation?
This is serious, serious indeed. Firstly, I have always thought a moderator should only post when a breech of rules has occured, not to voice it's opinions. If they want to do that, I thought it was rules that they should only do it under a nation (puppet) . Secondly, how can a moderator have the powers to eject, ban, DOS etc other nations , for things like flame baiting.... when they do it themselves?
This requires urgent attention.
Thanks for all your time..
