Gonjika post whore spamming a thread

Ok, so it's not the greatest thread in existence, but Gonjika is just using it to postcount++ with small, irrelevant and disjointed posts, refusing to use the edit function, and thus is ruining its cohesion. I have asked him to stop, but he refuses. Is there something the mods can do?
