I got a warning from the mods about flaming:

Received: 2 hours ago Do not flame or use racial slurs on the forums, especially directed at other players. Continued violation of the terms of service will result in your deletion.
I'd like to see specific instances where I have flamed, or used a racial slur OOCly.

Just someone being racist. Racism is not against the ToS. "I think these people are inferior and this is why." Abhorrent, in my opinion, but legal. Also, merely possibly connecting Kahta (who is a racist) to racist organizations is not flaming--they are not personal insults.

Flaming.
The post by Vittos that was responded to was also a flame, methinks.
Kahta is an admitted racist (although not the most extreme I've seen). Calling someone something they openly admit to being is not a flame. "I think black people are inferior to white people." "You are a racist."
While there is far less evidence for Vittos being a communist, that invective has lost a lot of power since the McCarthy era. The best response to that is "No, I'm not" or "Yes, I am" and carry on with it. "You're probably a communist." "No, actually, I'm a moderate libertarian."

Seems like a flame.
Now that is a flame. While "communist" is very difficult to be offended over (being a legitimate ideological stance) and being called a "racist" is hardly a flame when supported by evidence and the admittance of the person being called such, "Fuck you. You're an NWO whore." is a blatant attack on the other and thus a flame.

Ditto

Once again.
Also a flame--note the use of racial slurs and stereotyping just because Nadkor is Irish. However, Nadkor is taking it well... and Kahta is making himself look the fool by using the wrong flags. Still, he's been warned not to use slurs before, now let's make it official combined with the previous. Official Warning is now

Would that count as trolling?
It's Kahta being racist again. There are ways to be racist without directly insulting people.

That seems like a borderline flame to me.
Again, being a jerk, but being a jerk in and of itself is not an offense. Commenting on someone's less-than-standard posting is not a direct attack on the person--while he could have been more diplomatic about it, it is fair that if he cannot understand it, he isn't going to read it and thus isn't going to respond.
Hrm, there seems to be an influx of borderline-flames against Kahta on the last page of the thread about rap music...

Of course, very borderline with some of them.
For the second two, Kahta is an admitted racist/elitist and so the shoe fits. For the first, it's "I cannot argue your points because they seem illogical" said in the matter of a jerk--mild condenscension is not flaming, or else racism would naturally be banned from the boards as a result. If there is no personal insult--"You are a whore/fag/[expletive deleted] who [inappropriate action]s your [inappropriate target of action]"--then it is probably not a flame. Statements of truth are also not flames. As it is, sarcasm and satire are fair game.
Here's your reason.

where was that posted?
Edited to include links. It was posted here: http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=396078
"You're pretty stupid mick,..." "Why don't you go get drunk you shant patty..."
For all your intolerance of people disagreeing ever so slightly with you, you seem unable to see your own outright flames. Curious.
