At best, this needs to be moved to the UN forum; at worst, it's spam (as telegrams are the more conventional way to lobby for stuff like this, at least to my knowledge).

I've moved it - while it is more conventional to do this by telegram, I don't believe it's against the rules to do it on the forums if that's what floats your boat.
