I wanted to clarify the situation in North Atlantic, because the situation is becoming quite tense. I am a native of North Atlantic, and of the three endorsements I have, two are from natives of the region. I will accept your final ruling, but this ought to make me a native delegate. Regardless, I do have support in the region from natives including Dabka, Shaja Yogis and Vactionland. I have also created an off-site forum that is in current use and I have lobbied successfully for an arrangement with The Proliteriat Coalition for defense of the region. The Proliteriat Coalition, incidentally, recently liberated the region from an invasion.

Either way (invader delegate or native delegate), I have been benevolent towards the region and have followed the rules closely. I have put up a pword in the region to discourage future invasions. I have notified the natives of the pword. I have also created a strong and budding relationship with TPC. Both of these opportunities for the region, to my surprise, have angered the former delegate, Cpl Canada, the one who allowed the region to be invaded initially, to the point where he has taken to sending me threatening telegrams that promise my imminent deletion. I believe this to be inappropriate and wrong and I have sent a complaint via the FAQ. It is my theory that Cpl Canada is simply jealous of the fact that I have the regional delegacy position, a position that can go only to one player in the region. Incidentally, he has also rebuffed my offer that he run for a newly created ministerial position.

I have, reluctantly, removed only one player (Slaabovia) on the grounds that I believed him to be Hiruste Satellites, a puppet master who has been reprimanded by mods for sending me abusive messages with several different puppets. Slaabovia is so new that it could hardly claim to be a native anywhere. Nevertheless, Slaabovia has been removed from the regional ban list and given the region's pword (although it is my belief this player will abuse that privillege). Despite this, Slaabovia still complains to me of unfair treatment, which I sorely disagree.

Also, the set of puppets that have been caught for multying (Cape Breton and Greater Cape Breton) have been advised that it runs the risk of ejection, but it has not yet been ejected. In the event they are, and that could happen soon, they will undoubtedly be quite unpleasant towards me, although should I be forced to expel them I will have abundant reason to.

I know that Nationstates involves a degree of interpersonal problem solving, but I wanted to inform the moderators of this impasse in North Atlantic because I believe I am being quite fair and benevolent and do not understand the frustrations of some of these people in the region.

For the record, I was the moderator who handled this.
The reasoning behind classifying you as an invader delegate is that at the time, your only two endorsements were from the last two nations to join the region after you did. This made it look like it was an invasion.
If you wish to appeal this, I can review the evidence.

Taxachussetts is too young a nation to show up on prior XMLs. The two endorsing nations are too young to even show up on the one above.

Regardless of the "invader" / "native" delegate question, nothing justifies the abusive treatment and the spamming I am receiving from Cpl Canada and Slaabovia (which, I am becoming increasingly convinced) are possibly the same puppet master. I have shown leadership in the region and have implemented ideas that have improved the region's internal and foreign relations, that should mean something, and yet these two nations are implacable and becoming increasingly abusive

They are not the same person.
I have examined your telegrams, and whilst their messages are not terribly abusive, some of the comments by Cpl Canada concern me. I have advised this nation that we do not take kindly to being used as weapons in regional disputes.

Since they are not the same, then I am putting both Bretons and Cpl Canada on notice for ejection from the region within 24 hrs. Given that I have ejected only one non-native from the region, I assume that I would be within the rules to eject two natives (given that it has already been determined that both Bretons are controlled by the same person). My understanding is that I am allowed to eject 2 nations max from a region of 23. Please correct me if I am mistaken.

You can eject them, but you must unban them immediately and ensure they receive the password for the region.

So basically, I can oppose him openly, and if he kicks me out, I have the right to come back, as a Native?
