I must admit this seems pretty small, on the same level as what I reported you for a few hours ago from the same thread. I reiterate my calls for this thread to be locked. Three reports have been made within hours, I can't see this thread rising above the flaming at the moment.
I don't have a problem with it being locked, as long as I can repost it.
On the one hand, I agree that it's flaming.
On the other hand, your very topic matter is deeply insulting to anyone who enjoys rap music. I don't challenge your right to post your opinion, but I do question your motives for doing so. Your comments in the thread and stated desire to repost if the thread gets locked suggests to me that you're more interested in baiting rap fans than actually expounding on an opinion.

Yeah, flamebait is even worse than flaming, IMHO. This thread ought to be locked with no possibility of repost.

What you achieved in your initial post (and the subsequent followup) was, in my opinion, flamebait. Furthermore, a little research reveals that you're always doing this: couching your debate in terms that are ultimately polite but still geared toward provoking people. You then get to play the victim when the inevitable flaming begins.
Mind you, I'm not innocent of such things myself. I can be infamous for couching insults in carefully phrased statements. But I don't complain to the mods when I get flamed for it.
